Vinay Vijay Singh
Mr. Vinay Vijay Singh is passionate about people, process and project management. He describes himself as a deal architect. His experience and network have enabled him to solve complex global challenges with speed and precision, with a keen eye on holistic customer experience. He has been in numerous leadership roles in the public and private sectors for over 25 years, spanning accounting, finance, international trade & investment, operations, strategy & technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Singh is the Chief Executive Oicer of Velocity Group Solutions, LLC based in Pennsylvania, USA.
The Velocity Group focuses on Transformation & Leadership, Ai & Data, and Trade & Investment. He provides advisory services to several local and global organizations, public and private – including Chief Strategy Oicer, Technuf, LLC; Managing Director, Primus Partners, USA. Most recently, he served at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a Presidential Appointee, U.S. Senate confirmed, as the HUD CFO and Chief Artificial Intelligence Oicer, at the Assistant Secretary level.
Prior to this he was a Partner and Chief Operating Oicer for KPMG in India where he led many teams focused on Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare. His work in trade and investment also enabled him to help KPMG globally as the Lead Partner advising the World Bank Group and other IFI’s -International Finance Institutions.
As a President Obama appointee, Deputy Assistant Secretary, International Trade Administration (Commerce), Mr. Singh led interagency eorts for infrastructure and smart cities with Foreign Governments, the Private Sector, and Financial Institutions, unlocking opportunities and executing deals. He was also instrumental in supporting the agency with its Foreign Direct Investment eorts through his work at SelectUSA.
His domain experience developed while working in a variety of roles and industries. He has transformed organizations leveraging knowledge from Accounting & Finance, Ai & Data, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations & Strategy and Organizational Restructuring. The critical thread across these roles is People, Process and Project Management. Leadership is enabling the right culture for people to pursue their passions. Mr. Singh is also passionate about communities. He has lived in many countries but acknowledges his time in the small town of Dover, Pennsylvania as his most treasured. Small towns are what make America great. Communities that are connected enable economic prosperity for all. He was born in Bangalore, India and has lived and traveled extensively across Africa, Europe, North America, South and Southeast Asia. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with an MBA from Widener University in Pennsylvania.
Michael Williams
Michael has over two decades of experience in business advocacy and strategic communication as well as federal and state government service. He is currently head of the Williams Group, a public policy and communications consulting firm specializing in government relations, public affairs, and corporate business development services. The Group specializes in the development and implementation of advocacy and communication strategies relating to a host of issues including financial markets, tax, international trade, energy and natural resources.
Prior to founding The Williams Group, Michael was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Public Policy Americas division, based in Washington, D.C. He was responsible for maintaining and expanding the Bank's relationships with members and staff of the congressional tax-writing committees and other committees such as Financial Services, Banking and Foreign Relations. Michael was directly involved in the formulation and implementation of the Bank's legislative and regulatory policies and strategies. He was also involved in the management of the Americas region, serving on the CEO and COO Management Committees as well as the Regional Reputational Risk Committee. Michael managed a staff of seven professionals and a $5 million annual budget.
Michael joined Credit Suisse in February 2007 from The Bond Market Association/ Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's Washington, D.C. office, where he was Senior Vice President. In this capacity, he was responsible for representing the Association's views to various congressional committee and regulators. In addition, he oversaw the Association's close working relationships with state and local governments and their representative organizations. Michael served as Special Assistant to the President and Staff Director for Legislative Affairs during the Clinton Administration, where he was a key member of the White House team responsible for developing and implementing the Administration’s agenda on financial services, tax and international trade legislation. Michael also served as a Deputy Assistant for Congressional Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative during the Clinton Administration.
Prior to his tenure in Washington, Michael served in various senior roles in the New York State Assembly and Senate as well as the Administration of Governor Mario Cuomo. He focused primarily on tax, budget and financial services issues during his time in Albany.
Michael holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Masters in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Prior to founding HumanX, Mr. Weitz held key leadership roles at Microsoft, where he was instrumental in the development and global rollout of Bing, Microsoft's flagship search engine. As one of Bing’s founding leaders, he played a central role in shaping its product strategy, technological architecture, and competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving search market. His work not only laid the groundwork for Bing’s commercial success but also drove critical innovations in semantic search, natural language understanding, and large-scale data infrastructure—technologies that continue to influence the AI landscape today.
During his tenure at Microsoft, Mr. Weitz also engaged with national security initiatives, collaborating with U.S. government agencies and allied partners to align Microsoft’s technological capabilities with defense and intelligence priorities. His work spanned secure cloud infrastructure, information assurance, and the responsible deployment of advanced analytics and AI technologies in mission-critical settings. These efforts reinforced Microsoft’s leadership in delivering secure, scalable digital solutions to support public sector resilience and national interests.
Beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Weitz is a respected thought leader in AI, ethics, and emerging technologies. He has contributed extensively to the public discourse on the societal impacts of AI, digital governance, and the role of responsible innovation in sustaining democratic institutions. Daniel Perrin
Dan is the founder and president of the HSA Coalition, a non‑profit trade association established in 1991 to protect and enhance Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Based in Washington, D.C., the HSA Coalition has played a pivotal role in shaping national HSA and Medical Savings Account legislation. A former U.S. Senate staffer on the Foreign Relations Committee and Senate Steering Committee, where his work focused on fighting and winning the Cold War.
Dan has leveraged his Capitol Hill experience to become a persistent advocate for consumer-driven healthcare policy, and has expertise in AI and defense policy. He is a thought leader and innovator launched HSA Insider, the first leading informational platform on health savings accounts, and co-authored America’s Health Care Crisis Solved with J. Patrick Rooney, and authored HSA Road Rules, often referred to as an “HSA industry bible,” which has seen over 45,000 downloads. He’s been quoted in national news outlets, including the New York Times and Politico.
